Lace up and greet Independence Day with an energizing community 5K hosted jointly by the Templeton Run Club and the Rotary Club of Templeton. Check‑in opens at 6:30 a.m. between the Feed & Grain and Jack’s on 5th & Main St, giving you plenty of time to stretch, grab water, and soak in the festive atmosphere before the starter’s whistle blows at 7:00 a.m. The out‑and‑back course winds through our tree‑lined streets and finishes back at the Feed & Grain site—right where the day’s parade excitement will soon unfold. There will be a $20 fee to run in this year’s race if you register in advance. If you register the day of, it will be $30. It is free for anyone under the age of 18.
